Keene State College invites applications for the Assistant Director of Admissions to join our graduate enrollment team. The role supports recruitment, onboarding, and coordinated admissions processes across regional programs in New England.

The position oversees graduate enrollment, coordinates with Graduate Coordinators and the Registrar, and travels for recruitment events. A Bachelor’s degree with four years of experience is required; master’s preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and four years of post-graduate related experience in higher education.
• Proven written and oral communication skills; experience with Microsoft applications and relational databases.
• Experience running reports in Salesforce/TargetX CRM and delivering presentations.

Responsibilities

• Graduate Recruitment: oversee strategies to increase graduate, transfer and readmission recruitment; represent the college at events.
• Transfer Applicants and Readmission: develop retention goals and raise yield from acceptance to start.
• Management of Program Coordinators: supervise graduate program coordinators and coordinate onboarding with the registrar.
• Application Reading: evaluate approximately 1,000 graduate applications and issue admissions decisions.
• Administrative: plan travel, track goals, and create reporting tools in CRM/Slate; provide phone coverage.
