Job summary

Responsibilities

Oversee and implement strategies for increased graduate, transfer and readmission recruitment efforts and represent the college at events.
Create retention goals and retention strategies to raise graduate student yield from acceptance to start.
Oversee onboarding with Graduate Coordinators and collaborate with Registrar for smooth course registration.
Independently evaluate approximately 1000 applications and issue admissions decisions for graduate admissions and merit scholarships.
Plan travel for recruitment and develop reporting tools to document outreach efforts.
