Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University is seeking a Director of Graduate Admissions to lead graduate enrollment across Daytona Beach and Prescott campuses. You will craft and execute a comprehensive strategy, align it with enrollment goals, and collaborate with academic leadership to drive growth and student success.

You will oversee recruitment, application review, and enrollment operations, using market insights to improve conversion, candidate experience, and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Experience in employee selection, supervision and decision-making.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Proven ability to work with college and university administrators.
• Ability to understand complex student information systems and use them in management.
• Budget management, data analysis and focus on recruitment and retention of a diverse student body.
• Ability to work with various computer applications and engage with diverse cultures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive graduate admissions and enrollment strategy.
• Establish annual recruitment, application, admission, yield and enrollment goals.
• Analyze enrollment trends, market conditions and program demand to identify growth.
• Develop strategies for new student populations and geographic markets.
• Provide regular enrollment forecasts, progress reports and leadership recommendations.
• Serve as the enrollment management partner for graduate programs and coordinate with academic leaders.
• Manage admissions budget and align recruitment with academic capacity.
