Qualifications

• Process documents and data submitted into the university CRM by applicants.
• Load application data into the university CRM.
• Enter graduate-level transfer credits from approved institutions and military education sources.
• Generate Transfer Equivalency Worksheets.
• Download transcripts and exam score reports from electronic sources and enter transfer credits.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from prospective students and applicants by phone, email, or in person.
• Investigate and resolve applicant concerns regarding the admissions process and requirements.
• May supervise student workers assigned to the Admissions unit.
• Participate in events as an active member of the Admissions team.
• Assist with data entry and general clerical tasks related to graduate admissions.
• Oversee assigned areas of graduate admission-related functions.
