Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, required.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present professionally to diverse audiences.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a genuine commitment to helping students.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, especially for first-generation and underrepresented students.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.
• Ability to travel 8–10 weeks per year domestically and internationally for recruitment events.

Responsibilities

• Execute recruitment activities for CAS and SBS graduate programs to maximize inquiry generation and applicant conversion.
• Represent Suffolk University at on- and off-campus events, travel 6–8 weeks during peak cycles.
• Advise prospective students on program options, requirements, and enrollment processes.
• Maintain data accuracy in Slate and contribute to enrollment funnel reports.
• Collaborate with program directors and participate in recruitment initiatives.
