Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and eight+ years in graduate admissions or enrollment management.
• At least two years of direct supervisory experience.
• Proven ability to improve applicant service or enrollment conversion.
• Experience with CRM and SIS; Slate preferred.
• Strong organizational, analytical, coaching, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for graduate admissions counseling and applicant services from inquiry to matriculation.
• Supervise Graduate Admissions Counselors and ensure consistent service across programs.
• Oversee accurate, timely, and compliant admissions processes.
• Partner with academic programs and university partners to improve applicant experience and enrollment goals.
• Lead data accuracy, reporting, and continuous process improvements.
