Job summary

Creighton University is seeking a Graduate Assistant to support the Undergraduate Admissions team. You will conduct on- and off-campus interviews, travel extensively for recruitment events, and assist with territory management and data analysis.

You will help manage inquiries and applicants via email and phone, review recruitment strategies, and support admissions applications while pursuing a graduate degree. This role serves a two-year commitment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with strong academic record.
• Must be admitted or pursuing admission to an applicable Creighton graduate program; note: not compatible with programs with significant in-person requirements.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Driver's license and ability to travel.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Omaha, NE, including occasional evening or weekend hours for special events.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on- and off-campus interviews with prospective students.
• Extensive travel for recruitment, including college fairs and high school visits.
• Support Admissions with territory management and projects.
• Assist in managing inquiries and applicants via email and phone.
• Review and analyze data for assessment of recruitment strategies.
• Assist with admissions application processing and review.
