Job summary

The University of Delaware's Graduate College has a part-time, non-benefited wage opening to support the graduate admissions team. Responsibilities include data entry and record maintenance in the Slate CRM, query management, and using CRM modules to track inquiries and applications.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, strong communication skills, experience handling large datasets, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams) and Google Suite; CRM

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with analyzing large datasets and summarizing information for diverse audiences.
Attention to detail, analytical skills, and organizational accuracy.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Teams) and Google Suite.
Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks.
Ability to work independently and with a team.
Service-oriented mindset.
Experience maintaining confidentiality.
Familiarity with CRM systems if possible.

Responsibilities

Enter data and maintain records in the Slate CRM.
Oversee query management and auditing responsibilities.
Utilize reports & system modules in CRM for tracking inquiries & application materials.
Respond to emails using CRM automation and Inbox system.
Assist with on-campus and virtual events (registration & materials, check-in etc.).
Scan and upload documents.
Other duties as assigned.
