• 0-1 years of professional experience – Training provided!
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 3-month training program with experienced Recruiters and Account Executives
• Work with a Team Lead to improve sourcing, interviewing, and submitting candidates
• Gain experience cold calling, prospecting new business
• Lay foundation to move into a Technical Recruiter role
• Meet minimum weekly metrics including phone interviews/submittals to open jobs
