Florida State University in Tallahassee seeks a Graduate Academic Program Specialist for the Computer Science Department. You will coordinate all administrative aspects of the graduate program, including recruitment, admissions, retention, and progress monitoring.

You will serve as the primary contact for students, manage residency and visa issues with CGE for international students, and maintain the Graduate Student Tracking database. The role supports planning and program success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with two years of experience, or a high school diploma with six years of relevant work experience.
• Post-high school education may substitute for experience at an equivalent rate.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate recruitment, admissions, retention, progress monitoring, and exams valuations for graduate students.
• Serve as primary contact for prospective and current graduate students on requirements and admissions.
• Ensure residency and visa issues are managed with CGE for international students.
• Maintain Graduate Student Tracking database and generate reports for planning and governance.
• Support recruitment by marketing the graduate program and coordinating events.
