Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate admissions, advising, outreach, recruitment, retention, and graduation for MSIT program and certificates.
• Serve as primary Student Services Advisor from inquiry to graduation.
• Monitor student success, retention, registration, and graduation clearances.
• Coordinate communications and marketing to support recruitment, retention, and student engagement.
• Oversee websites, publications, social media, and recruitment materials.
• Provide guidance for training, processes, and improvements within Student Services.
