Responsibilities

• Clean or prepare construction sites to eliminate hazards.
• Control traffic near work zones and signal equipment operators.
• Dig trenches, backfill excavations, or level earth to grade specs.
• Measure openings and distances to layout work areas.
• Load/unload materials and position forms for concrete.
• Follow safety rules and participate in toolbox talks.
