Job summary

LeoTerra is seeking an experienced Grading Equipment Operator to work on NC sites in Raleigh and surrounding areas. You will operate heavy equipment for clearing, grading, and roadway work while following safety regulations and preparing sites daily.

Candidates should have at least one year of heavy equipment experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and be able to pass drug/background checks. Proficiency with MS Office and basic computer tasks is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have at least one year of experience as a heavy equipment operator.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug and background screening.
• A motor vehicle report will be run on applicants.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment for clearing, grubbing, grading, and roadway work.
• Follow health and safety regulations during operations.
• Prepare construction sites daily by arranging materials and tools.
• Perform routine inspections and report defects.
• Handle basic tasks with multiple machine types (dozer, excavator, loader, etc.).
