LeoTerra Siteworks in Kernersville, NC is seeking an Equipment Operator – Grading to join our site development team. You will operate dozers, graders, excavators, and compactors to establish proper elevations and build roadways and pads.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of grading experience, can read grade stakes and site plans, and maintain safe operations. CDL is preferred but not required; benefits include health insurance and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of grading experience preferred.
• Ability to read grade stakes and site plans.
• Valid driver's license required (CDL preferred but not required).
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Operate bulldozer, grader, excavator, skid steer, and compactor for grading.
• Establish elevations and slopes using plans and stakes.
• Read blueprints and site plans to guide grading work.
• Inspect equipment and maintain safe job site operations.
