Job summary

Parisi (a Walbec Company) is seeking a Grading Foreman to support scheduling, crew management, equipment needs, and quality improvement across grading operations. The role requires leadership in field operations and adherence to safety and union guidelines.

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of field experience in grading operations, prior foreman experience, a valid CDL, and the ability to work varied hours in potentially adverse weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required.
• CDL is required.
• Ability to read and interpret plans/specifications and establish grades per plan.
• Must be punctual, dependable and have strong ethics.
• Must be self-directed and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling and crew management.
• Oversee grading equipment needs and maintenance.
• Reinforce continuous quality improvement in operations.
