Job summary

New Look Enterprise, LLC is seeking a Highway heavy Grading Foreman to supervise site grading and earthwork in central Minnesota. You will lead crews, operate equipment as needed, and coordinate with project managers, engineers, and inspectors to keep projects on schedule and compliant with plans.

Responsibilities

• Oversee grading, excavation, and site development activities.
• Lead crews, assign daily tasks, and ensure efficient workflow.
• Read and interpret plans; ensure drainage, slope, and elevation requirements.
• Maintain daily logs, timecards, and quantity tracking.
• Ensure safety compliance and coordinate with project managers and inspectors.
