The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in construction, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work in varying weather conditions. Responsibilities include safety management, overseeing preparation for projects, and ensuring compliance with regulations. This position requires a valid driver's license and willingness to obtain a Class A CDL.

Qualificações

• 3-5 years of experience in the construction trade, with 2-4 years in a leadership role.
• Must be punctual and dependable.
• Able to work in variable weather conditions.
• Ability to manage time efficiently.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee grading crew preparation for roads and driveways.
• Check line and grade and utilize proper equipment.
• Ensure safety and incident reporting procedures are followed.
• Assist with repairs and company snow removal operations.

Conhecimentos

Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record

Ability to lead a team

Ability to operate road graders and skid steers
