Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of roadway and site construction experience.
• Knowledge of traffic control standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of grading equipment operation (dozers, excavators, motor graders, scrapers and rollers).
• Fluent English communication; written and spoken.
• Valid, current driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise grading operations safely and productively.
• Read and interpret project plans and specs.
• Set and check grade accuracy on site.
• Lead and train crew; ensure safety compliance.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate daily activities.
• Maintain equipment and housekeeping.
• Track daily crew hours and equipment utilization.
• Ensure compliance with EH&S regulations.
• Report project progress and quantities of work performed.
