Job summary

Faulconer Construction Company, Inc. is seeking a Grade Foreman to supervise the excavation phase and lead a crew of operators on civil road and site work in Virginia.

This role reports to the Site Superintendent and requires strong leadership under safety standards. Candidates should have at least 5 years of supervising heavy civil grading projects, OSHA 30, excellent organization, and a team-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years supervising heavy civil grading projects and personnel.
• Current OSHA 30 or greater.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, coordinates and directs grader, backhoe, loader and other operators and site crew in dirt movement for roadways or site work.
• Directs safe operation and maintenance of equipment.
• Ensure timely completion within estimated costs and uphold quality reputation.
• Collaborates with project leadership to implement construction plans.
