Job summary

Civil Constructors, Inc. in Tennessee seeks a Grading Foreman to lead day-to-day grading operations on our site utilities projects. You will manage crews, schedules, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with a focus on safety and quality.

This exempt role requires strong communication, field reporting, and the ability to coordinate with client representatives and office staff. Overtime and Saturday work are required; valid US work authorization is a must.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in heavy construction industry.
• Knowledge of trenching procedures (sloping, benching, shoring) and OSHA/TOSHA.
• Ability to read grades and understand project documents.
• Authorized to work in the United States and fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day grading operations on company projects.
• Manage schedules, vendors, subcontractors, and field personnel.
• Ensure work meets safety, quality and budget requirements.
• Daily electronic reporting of timecards, diaries and site photos.
