Sunland Asphalt in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Grading Foreman to assist the Superintendent with daily production and oversee field crews on heavy civil projects. The Foreman will enforce safety policies, schedule crew work, and coordinate with management to meet contract goals.

Ideal candidates bring at least two years of supervisory experience in heavy construction, fluent English, and strong leadership and communication skills. CDL is a plus.
