Job summary

Whaley Construction LLC is seeking an experienced Grading Foreman to lead field operations on Earthwork, Roadway and Grading projects. You will supervise the grading crew and coordinate work with the Superintendent to ensure on-time, safe execution.

TDOT experience is preferred. Candidates should read drawings, interpret specifications, and report daily progress using digital project management tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in grading and earthwork supervision.
• TDOT project exposure preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise grading crew on Earthwork/Roadway/Grading projects.
• Coordinate activities with the Superintendent and time/material reporting.
• Operate and supervise use of heavy equipment and ensure safety compliance.
• Review drawings, interpretations, and project specifications daily.
