Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years grading experience.
• Minimum 2 years as a foreman.
• Experience reading drawings and specifications.
• Georgia DOT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises grading crew.
• Reports on work to Superintendent.
• Experienced with heavy equipment for dirt/site projects.
• Knowledge of dirt work: excavation, grade work, surveying, final excavating.
• Reads, understands, and interprets drawings and specs.
• Monitors crews for organization, wage compliance, and safety.
