A family-led construction firm in Minnesota is looking for a heavy equipment operator to manage earthwork and grading projects. This full-time seasonal position requires safe operation of equipment and collaboration with team members, all while adhering to safety standards. The ideal candidate will travel throughout Central & Western Minnesota and must be willing to work extended hours during the construction season.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of heavy equipment operation including loaders, dozers, and excavators.
• Ability to speak up about unsafe behaviors or conditions.
• Familiarity with OSHA standards and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a variety of heavy equipment for excavation and grading.
• Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance on equipment.
• Coordinate with crew members to ensure safety on the job site.
