Base pay range

$90,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

Position Overview

The Grading Foreman is responsible for overseeing and coordinating grading operations on construction sites. This role involves managing a team of workers, ensuring that grading work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the specified standards. The Grading Foreman will also collaborate with project managers and superintendents to meet project deadlines and maintain quality control.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily grading operations on site.
• Manage a team of grading workers, providing training and guidance as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with project managers and superintendents to plan and execute grading schedules.
