Job summary

Walbec Group is seeking an Excavator Operator with Grading experience to shape and level surfaces for utility and road projects. The role involves maintaining jobsite safety, coordinating with laborers and foremen, and ensuring materials and workflow stay organized.

Candidates should have 3+ years of site prep/grading experience, be able to operate a loader and excavator, and be willing to work varied hours including nights and weekends. CDL is desirable but not required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or preferred.
• 3+ years experience in site preparation/grading or similar.
• Must be able to operate loader and excavator.
• Able to tolerate variable weather and be on nights, early mornings, or weekends as needed.
