Qualifications

• 5+ years of grading and sitework experience.
• Previous foreman or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of site development, drainage, and soil compaction.
• Valid driver's license required (CDL preferred).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct grading crews.
• Interpret blueprints and site plans.
• Coordinate equipment, manpower, and materials.
• Ensure grading is completed to specifications.
• Work closely with project managers and superintendents.
• Enforce safety policies and OSHA standards.
• Conduct daily safety meetings and inspections.
• Train and mentor crew members.
