Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of client/customer service principles preferred.
• Excellent keyboarding, data entry, and word processing skills.

Responsibilities

• Process requests for grade forgiveness in accordance with university policy.
• Assist with processing of final grades.
• Process grade forms, including grade changes, makeup forms, hardship withdrawals, registration exception forms, exam/exempt credit, and grades communications.
