Job summary

KMH Workforce are currently seeking experienced Grader Operators for a 6-month project on an FMG site in Western Australia, starting October 2026.

You will join a professional earthworks team delivering bulk earthworks and civil construction for a solar farm, with a 2:1 roster. Pay rate is 66 AUD per hour. Successful applicants will have proven grader experience and meet FMG site requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating graders on mining, civil, or bulk earthworks projects.
• Strong understanding of safe work practices.
• Experience working around heavy mobile plant.
• Current tickets and competencies for FMG site requirements.
• Ability to work effectively within a high-performing project team.
