Job summary

Mining Skills Australia (MSA) is seeking experienced Operator/Trainers to join our team in WA. Flexible, casual roster with FIFO from Perth and additional options from East Coast, Bali, Thailand, and Philippines for eligible applicants.

We value diversity and invite applicants from all backgrounds, especially female Production Operators and Site Crew Trainers. You will train production operators on componentry, safety, maintenance, and efficiency, contributing to a safer, skilled workforce.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent.
• Australian Driver’s Licence.
• RII’s/Machine Competencies.
• Hands-on experience with operator step-up and/or refresher training.
• Basic proficiency using computers and/or Android tablets.
• 3 yrs Operating either of the following equipment: Excavator/Dozers, Graders/Dozers, Loader/Graders/Dozers; Frontrunner qualifications an advantage.

What We Are Looking For / Mandatory Qualifications

To be eligible for these positions you must hold:

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent
