Job summary

MGM Bulk is seeking an experienced Quarry Operator Surface Miner to join our Southwest WA team. This role involves operating mobile and fixed plant equipment, following SOPs and Job Safety Analyses, and actively contributing to safety and quality on site.

We offer weekly pay, onsite inductions, and the MGM Rewards Program, with competitive rates from 43.67 per hour plus penalties for night and weekend shifts. A valid HR licence and Front End Loader ticket are required.

Qualifications

• Valid HR Driver's Licence and Front End Loader Ticket.
• Front End Loader experience is required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and a safety mindset.
• Able to work outdoors in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Operate mobile and fixed plant equipment on site.
• Follow SOPs, JSAs and operational guidance documentation.
• Participate in safety and quality initiatives on site.
• Carry out general labouring tasks as required.

QUARRIES DIVISION

• Multiple sites located throughout Southwest WA
• Available to work casually 3 days per week 0600-1600
• Onsite inductions with our Training & Onboarding Coordinator

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Extensive experience operating mobile and fixed plant equipment
• Carry out work in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), Job Safety Analysis (JSAs) and operational guidance documentation
• Actively participate in safety and quality initiatives in and around the workplace
• Ability to work outdoors in extreme temperatures (both hot and cold)
• Carry out general labouring tasks as required
