Qualifications

Minimum 5 years as heavy-duty diesel technician on mobile equipment.
Experience with precision GPS products.
Graduate of Technical School for Diesel Technology or a bachelor’s in related tech; or 10 years diesel technician experience.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proficient with Windows, MS Office and basic PC skills.

Responsibilities

Support all aspects of Grade Control Systems including demos, training, repairs, and support.
Troubleshoot and repair Grade Control systems end-to-end in shop and field.
Upsell additional repairs on equipment not related to Grade Control.
Organize customer training on Grade control systems.
Maintain inventory for Grade control systems.
Coordinate between WPI, Komatsu, and Grade control suppliers.
Provide internal communication and support to WPI personnel.
Build long-term relationships with customers.
