Job summary

Waukesha-Pearce Industries is seeking a Digital Solutions Specialist to turn telematics and oil analysis data into actionable maintenance insights for customer and WPI assets. You will work with Komatsu platforms and other OEM solutions across Texas and Louisiana, with travel ~50%.

You’ll develop procedures, dashboards, and workflows while collaborating with IT, service, and product teams to enable proactive maintenance and technology adoption.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience analyzing complex technical and data-related situations, determining root causes, and supporting resolution.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand equipment systems, maintenance practices, and failure conditions.
• Experience with OEM telematics, condition monitoring, or digital equipment platforms is a plus; familiarity with Komatsu systems preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze equipment data from KOMTRAX, My Komatsu, and telematics platforms including BOMAG and SENNEBOGEN.
• Correlate fault codes, utilization, maintenance history, and oil analysis trends to identify risks and recommend follow-up actions.
• Translate data into prioritized maintenance insights, notifications, and action tracking to support proactive maintenance.
• Develop and standardize procedures, criteria, escalation paths, and workflows for telematics alerts and digital services.
• Drive technology adoption across branches through training, demonstrations, and user onboarding.
• Create dashboards, BI reports, scorecards, and program results for leadership and customers.
• Support data warehousing and analytics initiatives using Snowflake or other platforms, including data validation and reporting logic.
• Use BI tools and AI applications to improve analysis, documentation, and workflow efficiency.
