Job summary

Osseo Area Schools is seeking a Classroom Teacher in Minnesota to inspire and prepare scholars with confidence, courage, and competence across the curriculum. You will use instructional resources and technologies, collaborate with colleagues, and engage guardians in student development.

In-person, synchronous, and asynchronous learning will be implemented as applicable. Starting Aug 31, 2026, this full-time, 1.0 FTE temporary role through December 2026 offers a salary range and professional

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • MN teaching license in Elementary Education or willing to obtain an Out of Field Permission.
  • If not licensed, must be willing and eligible to apply for and receive a Tier 1 or 2 license.

Responsibilities

  • Provide instruction and support in the curriculum areas for which employed.
  • Design, deliver, and assess curriculum according to district guidelines.
  • Provide in-person, synchronous and asynchronous learning when applicable and collaborate with others.
  • Maintain contact with guardians/caregivers and participate in district and building leadership activities.

Minimum Qualifications Include

Bachelor’s Degree required

MN teaching license in appropriate field (Elementary Education), OR a valid MN teaching license in another field and willing to obtain an Out of Field Permission.*

If not currently licensed, must be willing and eligible to apply for and receive a Tier 1 or 2.*
