Qualifications

• Effective Communication skills for working with students, families, colleagues, and administrators.
• Valid state teaching license or eligibility for licensure in Elementary Education.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to differentiate instruction and support diverse learning styles and needs.
• Commitment to creating an inclusive, culturally responsive classroom environment.
• Strong classroom management, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and collaborative planning.
• Experience with educational technology and digital learning tools is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver standards-based lessons across core subjects, including literacy, mathematics, science, and social studies.
• Design age-appropriate learning activities, differentiating instruction to meet diverse learning needs.
