Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Grad Intern for R&D Strategy & Performance Excellence (SPx) for Summer 2027. You will contribute to developing and executing R&D strategy, leading transformations, and driving performance across R&D functions.

You will collaborate with Research & Development and Chief Medical Office, applying analytical, leadership, and communication skills to deliver recommendations and projects in strategic transformation, capability building, or business performance excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work a full-time schedule.
• Student must be located in the United States for the duration of the internship program.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Enrolled in MBA/ Master's/ PharmD/ PhD program and complete first year before the internship starts.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute R&D strategy and roadmap.
• Identify problems, conduct research, and develop recommendations through qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Deliver final projects related to strategic transformation, capability building, or business performance excellence.
