Job summary

Vertex is seeking a Global Regulatory Affairs – Strategy and Operations Co-op in Boston for six months. You will work under the Chief of Staff to organize workflows, build automated calendars, reports, and AI-enabled processes across GRA, RALT, and cross-functional teams.

You'll gain exposure to senior leadership priorities, develop project plans, and deliver templates and dashboards. Strong communication and technology skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a formal co-op or experiential learning program in Boston.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel; data-driven storytelling required.
• Strong written communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support RALT operating rhythms and annual calendar planning.
• Develop AI-enabled, automated reports and trackers with owners.
• Assist with monthly GRA newsletters and organizational charts.
