Vertex Pharmaceuticals Incorporated is offering a six-month Global Regulatory Affairs – Strategy and Operations Co‑Op in Boston. You will support leadership by organizing operating rhythms, building AI-enabled processes, and maintaining dashboards and reports.

This is a hands-on opportunity to learn how a senior leadership team sets priorities and tracks progress in a global biotech environment. You will collaborate across teams, develop automated workflows, and present a final project to GRA

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a business-focused graduate program (MBA/MS in management, health/biotech management, or similar) with availability for full-time six-month co-op.
• Enrolled in an experiential learning program and able to work on-site or hybrid in Boston for January–June 2027.
• Proficient with PowerPoint and Excel; comfortable creating executive-ready slides and data views.

Responsibilities

• Support GRA leadership with calendar planning, agendas, and pre-reads; automate reminders and status updates.
• Help draft summaries and recaps using AI tools and maintain a running action log.
• Contribute to quarterly reports, maintain org charts, and support newsletters.
