Vertex Inc. is offering a six-month co-op in Global Regulatory Affairs – Strategy and Operations in Boston. You will support senior leadership, help automate recurring reports, and contribute to cross-functional projects using AI tools.

The role is full-time, on-site or hybrid, with standard Vertex benefits and a strong emphasis on development. You must be enrolled in an advanced degree program and available Jan–June 2027, with eligibility to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a business- or science-focused graduate program with a formal co-op/experiential learning requirement.
• Available full-time on-site or hybrid in Boston for six months (Jan–Jun 2027).
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel; ability to present executive-ready slides and data views.
• Demonstrated ability to use technology to automate repeatable work and follow-through without close supervision.

Responsibilities

• Organize and drive key activities across GRA, including RALT operating rhythms and reporting.
• Create and maintain automated reports, dashboards, and summaries for leadership.
• Coordinate planning logistics for departmental activities and record-keeping with clear ownership.
• Build and test AI-enabled processes that run on recurring schedules with minimal manual input.
