Sproutup in Garland, TX seeks a GPU Repair Engineering Supervisor to lead hands-on GPU repair and customization for ITAD operations. You will own technical standards, guide a repair team, and manage board-level repair decisions to protect asset value and keep the line moving.

The role requires IPC-7711/7721 certification, hands-on BGA rework expertise, and prior supervisory experience in hardware repair or manufacturing.

Formación

• Hands-on GPU repair and rework experience required on hardware repair lines.
• Proven ability to interpret diagnostics and make repair/disposition decisions.
• Supervisory or team-leading experience in hardware repair/manufacturing.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and mentor GPU repair technicians, setting priorities and quality standards.
• Perform and oversee BGA rework, laser and hot-air rework, and thermal profiling.
• Lead failure analysis and translate diagnostics into repair/harvest/scrap decisions.
• Establish repair workflows, documentation, and work instructions.
• Own final quality control and validation before units are sold or redeployed.
• Coordinate with sourcing/parts and vendors to secure repair components.
• Enforce ESD, safety, and handling protocols on the bench and in the lab.
• Report throughput, yield, and scrap/harvest rates to leadership.
