Job summary

Nscale is seeking a Data Center Solutions Architect to design and deliver end-to-end GPU infrastructure, bridging customer requirements with deep technical design across networking, compute, storage, and data center systems.

The role involves engaging with customers, designing full-stack data center solutions, translating needs into architectures, and collaborating with engineering teams to meet performance and reliability targets, with potential bonus/equity.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in data center architecture and large-scale infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of leaf/spine networking and high-performance fabrics.
• Experience with GPU systems and AI/ML workloads.
• Familiar with storage systems and distributed infrastructures.
• Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Customer-facing experience is highly preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers to understand technical requirements and workloads.
• Design full-stack data center solutions including GPU racks, network architecture, storage, and management systems.
• Translate customer needs into detailed architectures and specifications.
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams to ensure feasibility and alignment.
• Support deployment planning and ensure performance and reliability targets are met.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers.
• Engage in future technology familiarisation and research.
• Familiarity with AI tooling to augment the design process.
