Job summary

Nscale is seeking a Data Center Solutions Architect to design and deliver end-to-end GPU infrastructure solutions across networking, compute, storage and data center systems in the United States. You will translate customer needs into detailed architectures and specifications, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure feasible, scalable deployments.

The role requires strong data center experience, expertise in leaf/spine networking, and familiarity with AI/ML workloads.

About the Role (Job Purpose)

We are looking for a Data Center Solutions Architect to design and deliver end-to-end GPU infrastructure solutions. This role bridges customer requirements with deep technical design across networking, compute, storage, and data center systems.

What You'll be Doing (Responsibilities)

• Engage directly with customers to understand technical requirements and workloads
• Design full-stack data center solutions including:
• GPU racks and configurations
• Storage systems and data pipelines
• Control plane and management systems
• Translate customer needs into detailed technical architectures and specifications
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams to ensure feasibility and alignment
• Support deployment planning and ensure performance and reliability targets are met
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers
• Engage in future technology familiarisation and research.
• Familiarity with AI tooling to augment design process above

About You (Skills / Qualifications)

• Strong experience in data center architecture and large-scale infrastructure
• Deep understanding of networking (leaf/spine, high-performance fabrics)
• Familiarity with GPU systems and AI/ML infrastructure workloads
• Experience with storage systems and distributed infrastructure
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences
• Customer-facing experience strongly preferred

The range below reflects the base salary for the position. Actual compensation may vary based on job-related factors such as skill set, experience, education, and location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for bonus, equity, and/or commission programs. Nscale may offer a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, flexible paid time off, parental leave, and retirement plan participation.

Salary Range

$160,000 - $290,000 USD
