Job summary

Centuri is hiring a GPS Technician to collect GPS data for natural gas infrastructure and maintain up-to-date facility records. You will work with locators to plan field activities and communicate project updates to the public on behalf of the client.

The role requires a High School diploma and at least 1 year of GPS data collection experience in the utility sector. Field work involves outdoor sites and safety-focused responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of GPS data collection experience in the utility industry.

Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate GPS data collection of existing gas infrastructure to ensure up-to-date facility records.
• Collaborate with locators to develop and execute work plans for designated areas.
• Serve as a liaison to the public, communicating project updates and ensuring transparency.
• Load and unload equipment and materials.
• Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
• Maintain all industry required Operator Qualifications.
• Perform other related tasks as requested by leadership.
