Applied Materials, Inc. is seeking a GPS Engineer in Santa Clara, CA to develop new procedures, validate processes, and support Fab operations. You will implement BKMs, participate in FMECA, and collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality & Reliability, and engineering teams to address field issues.

The role requires problem-solving, strong documentation, and the ability to train others. Travel up to 20% is required; relocation is eligible.

Responsabilidades

• Develop BKMs to service new products and contribute to FMECA.
• Own first chamber Build & Test in Apps lab; address issues with Engineering.
• Work with Manufacturing to develop procedures and participate in New Product final test.
• Collaborate with Quality & Reliability to review Top Field Issues and CAPA.
• Conduct or facilitate Failure Analysis (FA) as needed.
• Develop procedures to install (start-up), retrofit and maintain the product.
• Create BKMs, CENs, ISBs and troubleshooting guides as required.
• Collect process and qualification data to create product BKMs.
• Develop training materials with GTT and train Engineers and TPS before ELS shipments.
• Identify new parts to stock by AGS and ensure correct stocking.
