What you will be doing

• Drive, maneuver, or control heavy machinery used in constructing roads and other structures.
• Clean and maintain equipment, performing basic repairs as necessary.
• Operate levers, pedals, or valves to control equipment, and coordinate machine actions with crew members using hand or audio signals.
• Maintain knowledge of the company’s values and strategic plan.
• Perform additional assignments as directed by management.

What we are looking for

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with construction equipment preferred, especially operating bulldozers.
• Experience with global positioning systems (GPS).
