McKesson in the United States seeks a GPO Strategy & Optimization Manager, Health Systems, to drive contract performance and growth across PACT GPO and Onmark programs. You will partner with Health Systems, biopharma manufacturers, and internal teams to support contract strategy development, financial analysis, and member engagement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.
4+ years of healthcare analytics, strategic planning, financial analysis, or provider engagement experience.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; advanced Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Support development and execution of short- and long-term contract strategies across multiple GPO programs.
Partner with Health Systems, biopharma, and internal teams to align contract approaches with economic goals.
Prepare economic comparisons, utilization analyses, and optimization recommendations to improve contract performance.
Present financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to leadership and stakeholders.
