Job summary

Harrow seeks a Senior Manager to lead end-to-end GPO contracting and relationship strategy within ophthalmic pharma. You will negotiate and renew agreements, manage chargebacks and fees, and ensure compliance with Medicaid/340B while coordinating with Market Access, Sales, Legal, Finance and IT.

The role requires 5+ years in pharma GPO roles, strong contract management and a collaborative mindset; remote work with up to 25% travel may apply.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in market access, trade relations, or contracting in pharma or specialty pharmacy, with at least 3–5 years of direct GPO management.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong negotiation, contract management, and cross-team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations, drafting, amendments, and renewals of GPO agreements.
• Oversee GPO membership, chargebacks, administrative fees, and compliance with government pricing policies like Medicaid and 340B.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Market Access, Sales, Legal, Finance, and IT.
• Develop and track performance metrics.
• Monitor GPO landscape and opportunities for new partnerships.
• Serve as internal subject matter expert and support internal communication.
