Job summary

NDC, Inc. is seeking an experienced onboarding project owner to lead distributor onboarding for NuEdge Alliance, LLC.

You will manage contracts, roster integrity, and cross-functional handoffs from contract execution through go-live, ensuring on-time delivery and standardized processes. The role requires strong knowledge of GPO contracting, pricing structures, and data stewardship, with a focus on repeatability, risk management, and clear communication with management and distributors.

Qualifications

• Business-related degree and/or 5 years industry experience in customer service and contracting.
• Experience in customer service, inside sales, contract administration, or GPO/IDN responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as end-to-end project owner for onboarding, coordinating timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder handoffs across Business Development, Membership/Roster, and CORE.
• Maintain a standardized onboarding process and timeline tracker, identify bottlenecks, and drive resolutions.
• Act as primary point of communication and escalation for onboarding status with management, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage workflow of contracts and documents through onboarding lifecycle, ensuring timely handoff to account management/CORE.
• Research and analyze GPO contract terms and pricing structures to resolve onboarding discrepancies in coordination with teams.
• Conduct pre-audit and roster integrity reviews for NuEdge distributors, maintaining authoritative membership data.
• Own membership setup and maintenance, ensuring roster data aligns with contract terms.
• Support distributor contract opportunity notifications with up-to-date roster and eligibility data.
• Document and improve contract lifecycle processes with focus on repeatability and reducing rework.
• Provide guidance on onboarding process, contract compliance, and membership requirements.
• Prioritize and manage multiple onboarding engagements in a fast-paced environment; communicate at all levels.
• Organize onboarding-related meetings, webinars, and on-site meetings with distributors.
• Assist in preparing onboarding/business review updates for GPO leadership.
• Draft correspondence and follow-up communications as required.
• Perform other duties and protect patient health information confidentiality.
