Alfa Laval Mid Europe GmbH seeks a production operator to run processes according to SOPs and blueprints, maintain safety standards, and actively participate in weekly 5S and continuous improvement activities. You will work with cross-functional teams to identify waste and implement improvements.

The role emphasizes movement toward efficiency, adherence to procedures, and contributing to Alfa Laval’s quality goals in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High School or GED minimum.
• Crane and forklift certifications are a plus.
• Some experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Able to read drawings, blueprints, and manufacturing orders.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive daily work assignments and execute production per SOPs and blueprints.
• Report deviations (Safety, Quality, Parts, Equipment) to Status Boards and update TL/TM.
• Highlight problems and deviations to initiate resolution and improvements.
• Engage in daily & weekly 5S routines and drive KAIZEN improvements.
• Look for cross-training opportunities within different manufacturing processes and drive value.
