Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a manufacturing environment with machines, equipment, jigs and measuring tools.
• Ability to read drawings, blueprints, and manufacturing orders.
• Intermediate computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and add value to parts.
• Monitor output quality and discard or re‑manufacture faulty products.
• Secure accurate daily assembly production records.
• Perform production work per ALPS standards and contribute to continuous improvements.
